She has considerable experience in the recording of neurophysiological signals in humans (electroencephalography, electromyography and neurography), and their analysis using methods from signal and systems theory as well as statistical techniques. Her current interests include the study of mechanisms of muscle contractions and tremor genesis in health and in patients with movement disorders. She has published 7 papers in distinguished peer-reviewed journals and has presented her work in international scientific meetings. Her research has being funded by the EU and National Resources (BIOPATTERN and PYTHAGORAS ΙΙ).
