The Conference is organized as a part of the European project Teamwork, Training and Technology Network and it will take place in Sofia, Bulgaria from 31.10 to 2.11.2014. The project aims to make science education at schools more attractive and appealing to the young learners by introducing cutting-edge technologies into the classrooms, finding new educational policies and turning innovations into a part of the teaching-learning process.
The final INPROFOOD conference under the topic “Food Research, Stakeholder involvement and Public Health”, will take place at WHO Europe, UN City, Copenhagen, Denmark, on the 14th and 15th of October.
In the frame of the European Policy Network on School Leadership (EPNoSL), the Educational Research and Evaluation Group is organizing the Peer Learning Activity (PLA) Positioning School Leadership in the Agenda for School Reforms, in Nice, France (25-26 September 2014) The main aim of the PLA is to enhance a knowledge exchange process between and within national policy makers, professionals, researchers and other School Leadership stakeholders that is transferable to the national and regional contexts.
In the context of the Greek Presidency of the E.U. Council, the Foundation for Research and Technology (FORTH) will host on the 20th of May the meeting of GenderSTE "Gender, Science, Technology and the Environment" in Heraklion.
